The road to the property is accessible all year long. It is only two hours drive to get to Sofia, two and a half to drive to Varna and the sea coast and half an hour to get to Veliko Tarnovo.

The nearest food shop is in walking distance and the nearest big shopping center is in Svistov - about 10 minutes drive.

The property is situated in the central part of a nice village just about 2 miles from Yantra River and only 10 miles before it flows into the Danube River. The village has a nice infrastructure shops, medical center, bar, restaurant, bus stop and the nearest train station is at about 8 miles - in Byala. There are regular transport connections towards Russe, Byala and Sofia on every hour. The people are very friendly and helpful and there has not been any major crime for many years now.
The area around the village is hilly with many forests, wide plains and a wonderful and picturesque river curving through the valley. It is extremely pleasant for recreation, holidays, fishing, hunting or horse riding. The river does not cause any floods in the area as it lays about 50 60 m. lower than the village.
