(S 2) and Südende (S25/26) are both about 3 minutes away on foot. From here you can easily travel to the city centre, Potsdamer Platz can be reached by train in about 15 minutes.

Bus line 282, which takes just under 13 minutes to Steglitz town hall, to the shopping mile Schloßstr. is in the immediate vicinity. The two-kilometre-long street is the district's shopping mile, with many shops, boutiques, cafés and department stores. It invites you to stroll and shop.

The Teltow Canal and the Marienpark can be reached on foot in just under five minutes, and it takes about 4 minutes by bike to reach the 17-hectare Stadtpark Steglitz.

Shops for daily needs, several restaurants and various schools and kindergartens are in the immediate vicinity.
